2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Maintain only one Account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any funds and bonuses.
• Keep your username, password, and account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Understand that gbslot reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, especially before processing withdrawals, to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations and prevent fraud.

2.3 Prohibited Account Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination:

• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account under any circumstances.
• Using the gbslot platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing prohibited activities.
• Employing any automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to access the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform software for personal gain.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or unfair play.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, promotions, or circumvent betting limits.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

gbslot accepts deposits through the following Indonesian banking channels and e-wallets:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and other supported electronic payment services.
• All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly and credited to your Account balance immediately. In rare cases where processing delays occur, funds will be credited within 24 hours or you will be notified of any issues.
• Deposits must originate from a payment source in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or reversed.
• gbslot does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms and Conditions

When requesting a withdrawal from your gbslot Account, the following terms apply:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction, with daily and monthly limits subject to your VIP tier status.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name and verified during the KYC process. We cannot process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Your Account must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification if your activity patterns change or if flagged by our security systems.
• Withdrawal processing times: typically 15 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB), up to 24 hours outside business hours, and up to 72 hours for amounts exceeding Rp 50,000,000 or accounts requiring additional verification.

• gbslot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, though active bonuses will be honored according to their original terms.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Only one active bonus per account at any given time.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

New players receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Available to first-time depositors only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Minimum qualifying deposit amount and maximum bonus amount are specified on the promotions page and subject to change.

8. Limitation of Liability

Upon account termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause or voluntary account closure in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method after deducting any applicable fees.
